REQUIREMENTS :

• Qualifications: Grade 12.
• Knowledge: Public Service Act, Public Service Regulations, Batho-Pele principles, Developmental programmes, Clerical/ Administrative procedures, Knowledge of the rules and procedures of centre.
• Skills: - Communication, Problem Solving, Interpersonal relations, Organizing, Counselling, Computer literacy, Numeracy, Language. 

DUTIES :

• Receive service users to the care facility after admission; Ensure that service users receive medical services;
• Assist with the implementation of planned activities, developmental and therapeutic programmes;
• Engage in basic life space work to promote the development and care of service users, Perform administrative work relevant to the job.
