Category Specialist Solar – Edenvale (Longmeadow) needed at ACDC Dynamics SA

Purpose of the Role

• We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Category Specialist – Solar to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling all Solar products. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive sales of cutting-edge solar products to residential and commercial clients.
• Manage and grow relationships with existing clients, consultants, and contractors.
• Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to customers.
• Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Coordinate with engineering and project teams to ensure smooth order execution.
• Provide feedback to product development and marketing teams on market trends.
• Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote products.
• Maintain CRM records and provide regular sales forecasts and reports. 

• Educate potential customers on the benefits of solar energy and our innovative Solutions.
• Meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced, rewarding environment. 

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Business, or related field.
• 2+ years of sales experience in electrical products, preferably solar.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
