Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage reservations across all properties and prepare accurate rate proposals.
  • Maintain precise records of guest bookings, payments, and relevant information to support hotel operations.
  • Answer reservation inquiries via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner, adhering to company standards.
  • Maximize revenue through strategic up-selling of special packages and room upgrades.
  • Assist in maintaining an organized and efficient administrative system within the department.
  • Follow up on quotations promptly and manage room blocks and group bookings of various sizes.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Accurately establish and quote rates within authorized pricing guidelines.
  • Stay informed about hotel offerings, packages, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
  • Coordinate additional guest services such as transfers and dining reservations with relevant departments.
  • Report system discrepancies, overbookings, and rate issues to the Reservations Supervisor.
  • Process and track invoices, payments, and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Ensure all reservations are correctly recorded across multiple booking channels, including OTA extranets.
  • Address and resolve guest inquiries and complaints, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Accurately establish and quote rates within authorized pricing guidelines.
  • Stay informed about hotel offerings, packages, and promotions to assist guests effectively.
  • Coordinate additional guest services such as transfers and dining reservations with relevant departments.
  • Report system discrepancies, overbookings, and rate issues to the Reservations Supervisor.
  • Process and track invoices, payments, and credit card transactions with precision.
  • Ensure all reservations are correctly recorded across multiple booking channels, including OTA extranets.
  • Adhere to department quality assurance standards and complete the daily reservations checklist.
