Job Purpose    

  • The provision of an efficient administrative support to the Disaster Management and Emergency Control Unit.

Key Responsibility Areas    

  • Establishes and prioritises clerical requirements relating to information update and processing
  • Monitors and provides guidance on activity related applications and applies procedures to address conduct and training needs.
  • Verifies transactional information and, attends to the processing of order or payment information.
  • Checking and verifying supplier payment documentation against specific control procedures, comparing and reconciling order requirements against delivery totals.
  • Responsible for providing secretarial and clerical support.
  • Applies procedures to address administrative correspondence, filing and information verification requirements.
