Chief Marketing Officer needed at Resourgenix

What You’ll Do

• As the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), you’ll shape and lead a three-year strategic marketing roadmap that drives business growth, elevates brand presence, and boosts national visibility. This is a hands-on leadership role across digital, traditional, content, and comms.

You’ll:

•  Design and implement a full-spectrum marketing & business strategy
•  Build action plans tied to measurable outcomes
•  Use data to drive insights, optimise campaigns and track performance
•  Lead PR, media and crisis comms with calm confidence
•  Create and align corporate messaging across geography’s
•  Own digital – from website UX to content, SEO, and social
•  Drive innovative student experience campaigns
•  Build and lead a high-performing team, suppliers, and agency relationships
•  Manage budgets, forecasts and supplier SLAs like a pro
•  Sit at the table with the Group, representing marketing at executive forums

What You Bring

• Degree in Marketing, Communications or similar (non-negotiable)
• MBA- Even better.
• 10+ years of relevant, senior-level marketing experience
• A strong record in measurable marketing outcomes
• Fluency across brand, digital, ATL/BTL, and strategic planning
• PR and crisis comms savvy
• Leadership that inspires, aligns, and delivers
• A passion for education and a deep understanding of what drives audience engagement in the academic space
