Qualification and Competencies

  • An appropriate qualification that allows registration with Health Professions Council of South Africa [HPCSA] as Optometrist.
  • Current registration with HPCSA as Optometrist.
  • Experience: A minimum of three [3] years’ appropriate/recognisable experience after registration with the Health Professions Council [HPCSA] as Optometrist.
  • Inherent requirements of the post: Computer literacy including MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Virtual meeting platforms literacy.
