Civil / Earthworks Construction Foreman – Construction / Renewable Industry needed at RPO Recruitment

Job Description

• Our client, an established construction contractor with extensive operations across multiple provinces, is seeking six experienced Construction Foremen to lead site teams and supervise construction activities on significant projects in the Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, and Free State regions. These immediate opportunities are for hands-on, experienced foremen with proven track records on large-scale construction projects.

Preference will be given to candidates with experience in the Renewable Energy and Civil Earthworks industries.

Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of construction foreman experience
• Must have completed 3 or more projects valued at R20 million or above (This is a non-negotiable requirement)
• Projects valued at R20 million+ (minimum of 3 completed projects)
• Civil engineering works (roads, earthworks, structures, concrete)
• Renewable Energy sector experience (solar farms, wind farms, battery storage projects)
• Civil earthworks experience (bulk earthworks, cut-to-fill, roads, platforms, drainage)
• Experience on renewable energy projects with civil infrastructure components
• Must be immediately available to start
• Willing to relocate/travel to Northern Cape, Mpumalanga, or Free State
• Valid driver’s license
