Clerk: Driver Reconciliations needed at Clover S.A. Proprietary Limited

Clover Bloemfontein Distribution is looking for a candidate who has experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level particularly with knowledge of outbound logistics, journals and invoicing. The successful candidate will be responsible for reconciling driver documentation received after a delivery round has been completed and capture data in Clover ERMS.

Requirements

• Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4
• Tertiary qualification in (Finance/ Accounting) – advantageous
• 3+ years’ experience in applying job-related concepts, techniques and processes at the required level – Knowledge of outbound logistics, journals and invoicing
• Business English: Fluent
• Location in Bloemfontein – advantageous
• Computer literacy (Advanced)
• Work shifts/weekends/public holidays

Duties and Responsibilities

• Reconcile documentation and capture results
• Driver ledger balancing and daily reporting
• Splitting of cashless payments
• Total cashless calculations and reporting
• Reporting of driver’s cash shorts or re-deliveries
• Reporting of re-deliveries
• Reporting of any ledger differences to management
• Tollgate and diesel slip (preparing and capturing of journal)
• Filling of prepared journals and cash invoices
