Job Description

• To build a readily available pipeline of the Next Generation Leader using an integrated approach, thereby ensuring future leaders have the necessary competencies and skillset that not only include Financial and Business acumen but that also extend to skillsets pertaining to Leadership, Risk Mitigation, Behavioural science, Analytics, Operational Management etc. 
• To integrate several core capabilities to align customer, financial, commercial, risk, digital and people outcomes to the Banks Strategy.

Qualifications

FAIS accredited Undergraduate or Honours qualification in: 

Bachelor of Commerce with majors in:

• Psychology
• Industrial Psychology
• Marketing
• Business Administration
• Qualification to be completed by 31 December 2024. 

Additional Information

Minimum requirements:

• South African Citizen
• Should you have work experience, it should not exceed 12 months 
• Full academic transcripts to be submitted with application for undergraduate and postgraduate studies.
