REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Public Administration.
- Language Proficiency- must be proficient in at least two of the official / main provincial languages
REQUIRED WORK EXPERIENCE
- 1-3 years relevant experience in similar role.
- Valid driver’s Licence and not less than one year’s driving experience is essential – note that extensive travel is a requirement for this position
KEY DELIVERABLES
- Capacitation and assisting applicants on new on-line registration process (both self-service and walk in clients)
- Assisting applicants in the interpretation of the systems error codes and advise how to resolve it. (Both self-service and walk-in clients)
- Assisting applicants with the application for funding process.
- Resolving systems queries on both registration, application for funding and post-funding process.
- Research support and documentation
- Reporting on all types of customer services and escalation through recommendations on unresolved matters.
- Conducting of Education and Awareness Programmes
