- Aon South Africa is hiring a Client Service Administrator; this is a hybrid role with the flexibility to work both virtually and from our Head Office in Sandton.
- The role of a Client Service Administrator is to provide efficient administrative support to the business unit/branch and to support the business leaders with administrative support as and when necessary.

What the day will look like
- Provides administrative support to the team including maintaining accurate records and files, entering data into systems
- Responds promptly and efficiently to instructions, requests and enquiries at all times
- Plans and prioritises time and work to provide and efficient service
- Solves administrative problems on behalf of the team
- Works with others to ensure tasks are completed on time, including other duties assigned when required
- Prioritises own work and works autonomously within defined boundaries.

Skills and experience that will lead to success
Qualifications.
- Grade 12 (matric).
- A post-matric qualification is preferred
- Must have RE for Representatives
Knowledge.
- Individual with knowledge of the principles and practices within a technical/professional discipline
- Computer literacy with advanced experience in MS Word and Excel.
- Very good knowledge of policy wordings
Skills and Attributes.
- Possesses advanced analytical, technical and problem-solving skills and abilities
- Be computer literate with advanced experience in MS Word & Excel
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Good interpersonal skills
Experience.
- Have a minimum of 1 – 2 years’ experience in a similar or related role
- Minimum of 2 years commercial underwriting experience
