Client Service Representative-1 needed at Rand Merchant Bank

Job Description

• To provide support to corporate clients by being the first point of contact and providing efficiencies for their line of business
• Query resolution Receive transaction requests from clients (internal and external)
• Verify and validate client’s requests and transactions for accuracy against legal documentation
• Confirm the validity of request, banking details, type of transaction and volumes
• Execute request on system
• Assign instructions to Operation Teams for processing Identify opportunities for efficiencies within client’s business
• Customer service delivery
• Deliver exceptional service consistently that exceeds customers expectations through proactive, innovative and appropriate solutions as the first point of contact Manage existing clients and maintain relationships for internal and corporate clients
• Maintain and apply expert knowledge on specific products offered Identify process improvements and efficiencies
