Job Requirements
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Understand client’s needs and develop customized solutions to meet them
- Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure their success
- Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other members of the CrewBloom team to optimize client experiences
- Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner
Required Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client management
- Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Proactive and able to work independently
System Requirements
- At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
- A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
- Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
