Job Requirements

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Understand client’s needs and develop customized solutions to meet them
  • Provide guidance and support to clients to ensure their success
  • Monitor client satisfaction and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with other members of the CrewBloom team to optimize client experiences
  • Manage and respond to client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner

Required Skills and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or any equivalent
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in client success, account management, or client management
  • Knowledge of the staffing and recruiting industry
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Proactive and able to work independently

System Requirements

  • At least 15mbps for the main internet and at least 10mbps for backup
  • A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup
  • Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption
  • A webcam
  • Noise-canceling USB Headset
