RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Provide expert-level technical support to healthcare professionals using clinical software and online education systems.
- Perform preliminary investigations on software-related issues to log issues with the development team.
- Conduct rigorous quality assurance testing to identify and address software bugs or enhancements.
- Collaborate closely with the development team to implement fixes and improvements, ensuring seamless system functionality and excellent user experience.
- Create and maintain technical documentation, manuals, and online resources to support users.
- Serve as a liaison between users and the development team, conveying user feedback and/or queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism in all interactions with users.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aimed at enhancing user experience and software functionality.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Minimum education qualification – Senior certificate
- Experience using Zendesk and YouTrack is an added advantage
- Experience in quality assurance testing, including identifying and documenting bugs.
- Proficiency in identifying software bugs and issues and relaying these queries to the development team efficiently and effectively.
- Strong understanding of clinical and educational technology software systems and their functionalities.
