Clinical Trial Outreach Coordinator needed at Mango5

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with potential participants via phone, email, or other channels to provide detailed information about clinical research studies.
• Guide participants through the screening process, ensuring they meet study criteria.
• Build rapport and trust with individuals, addressing their questions and concerns with empathy and professionalism.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions and ensure compliance with confidentiality and data protection standards.
• Collaborate with the team to meet daily and weekly engagement targets.
• Support promotional activities and events to raise awareness of clinical research opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

• Excellent communication skills: Ability to explain complex information clearly and build relationships over the phone.
• Sales or customer service experience: Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment, such as call centres, sales, or customer support.
• Empathy and patience: A caring and professional approach when dealing with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Organizational skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail.
