About the Role

  • As part of our Platform Engineering team, you will be designing and building Azure DevOps pipelines. This includes automated DevOps processes to empower our product development teams to rapidly deliver applications to our customers. Our Platform Engineers play an important role in engineering, automating, securing, and troubleshooting our AWS and Azure Cloud infrastructure.

Responsibilities

  • Managing and maintaining the complete DevOps toolchain hosted on AWS, including Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Prisma Cloud, and Azure DevOps
  • Developing, maintaining, and enhancing infrastructure automation using tools like Terraform and CloudFormation.
  • Implementing security best practices, maintain compliance with industry standards, and perform regular security assessments of the tooling infrastructure.
  • Monitoring and optimizing the performance of the tooling continuously to ensure efficient software delivery.
  • Integrating tools with other systems, such as source control, containerization, and monitoring tools. Ensure the infrastructure can scale to meet growing demand.
  • Maintaining comprehensive documentation for the tooling infrastructure, configuration, and procedures.
  • Addressing and resolving issues related to the tools in a timely manner, providing support to development and operations teams.
  • Collaborating with DevOps, development, and IT teams to improve processes and practices.

Requirements

  • Have a bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Have experience managing DevOps tooling, particularly Jenkins, Artifactory, SonarQube, Prisma Cloud, and Azure AD.
  • Be familiar with AWS or equivalent experience in cloud infrastructure management.
  • Be proficiency in Infrastructure as Code using tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
  • Have solid knowledge of security best practices and experience in maintaining secure tooling environments.
  • Have solid experience with scripting languages like Bash, Python, or PowerShell
  • Be familiar with containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Have excellent problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and troubleshooting skills
  • Have DevOps and Agile methodologies understanding.
  • Be familiar with source control systems (e.g., Git, Bitbucket) and build tools.
