CNC Maintenance Technician needed at Pollock & Associates

• You will work alongside a team of experts, supporting both preventative maintenance and new machine integration, and have access to advanced systems and tools. This is an ideal role for a hands-on technician eager to grow in a world-class manufacturing facility.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Matric Certificate
• Millwright Trade Qualification or Machine Technician certification

Experience & Technical Skills:

• At least 5 years’ experience in manufacturing
• Expertise in CNC machinery (Okuma, Haas, Victor, Doosan)
• Proficient in control systems (Fanuc, Haas, Siemens, Mazak)
• Strong mechanical troubleshooting ability
• Forklift license (advantageous)

Additional Skills:

• Physically fit; able to lift heavy components
• Flexible with shifts, overtime, and callouts
• Safety-conscious and familiar with regulatory compliance
• Accurate in maintenance documentation and reporting
• Enthusiastic about learning and adopting new technologies
