Main Purpose Of The Role

Co-ordinating Sales

• Receipt and Process of orders on SAP
• Weekly back order lists sent to client on stock availability and constraints
• Stock sourcing from depots and warehouses to fulfil orders- Liase with CSR Manager
• Credit queries, returns and pricing
• Coordinate with CSR Manager re stock allocation based on sales orders versus forecast
• Keep back orders up to date on SAP communicate with client re past orders to confirm viability
• Support to commercial manager for client queries
• Ensure order dates are correct in SAP for OTIF purposes
• Check CSM report and shipping report for stock upates
• Attend bi weekly CSM meetings
