Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and lead all Operations Departments –  Production, Stores, Maintenance, Distribution, Health and Safety; Maintenance.
  • Drive and ensure safety, quality, productivity, and profitability targets and standards are met.
  • Manage all HR related issues within Operations.
  • Ensure processes and SOPs are followed and relevant.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering/Business/Finance, and/or Accounting.
  • The company is open to training up a strong CA(SA), CGMA, or Industrial Engineer who has a passion for operations, production, and commerce.
  • High-level leadership and management experience/abilities are non-negotiable.
