As part of our team, your primary responsibilities will be:

  • Perform Administrative CRM tasks such as: User Activation, User Deactivation.
  • Analyze and complete reoccurring CRM and Commercial Data maintenance such as: Territory Model updates, Account Alignment, Opportunity Ownership, Quota Assignment.
  • Work with the Commercial Enablement Team on CRM updates and follow User Testing Scripts/Ad Hoc testing to validate system updates.
  • Process Data updates to improve data accuracy in the commercial systems.
  • Working within the Sales, Commercial Operations, and Marketing management functions of the business to monitor and measure sales performance against plan on an ongoing basis providing regular updates to internal stakeholders as necessary.
  • Review accuracy of booking and opportunity information throughout the organization with specific and appropriate hand offs to the contracts and finance departments.
  • Drive deeper insight into sales trends and new areas of opportunity by providing analysis of appropriate data including but not limited to:
  • Booking analysis
  • Activities
  • Sales lifecycle
  • Customer/account/contact info
  • Execute and enforce, when required, existing CRM process to provide the Finance function increased visibility and easy access to compensation payment data.
  • Other tasks as defined by the Director, Commercial Technology or the VP, Commercial Operations.

DECISION MAKING AND INFLUENCE:

  • This individual will have a proven track record of operating as part of a successful sales and marketing organization. An ability to understand the sales function from a process perspective is important.

What You’ll Bring:

  • Bachelors degree with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in Sales Analytics.
  • Proficient in Excel.
  • Ability to follow multi-step tasks and summarize results.
  • The ability to work in a high growth environment where change is constant.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.
  • Strong intellect and business acumen.
  • Able to communicate fluently and concisely across a range of cultures.

Desirable:

  • Salesforce.com experience or comparable software.
