Qualifications and Experience:
- C.A or BCom Finance qualification.
- 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
- Essential previous experience in the FMCG industry.
- Strong financial acumen and proficiency in mathematics.

Duties and Responsibilities
Management of ALL areas relating to Sales & Gross Profit:
- Develop and oversee Sales & Gross Profit budgets.
- Lead participations and rebates processes.
- Monitor and manage growth hurdles process.
- Monitor and project additional income.
- Analyze sales trends and offer insights.
- Conduct forecasting for sales and gross profit.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform other related tasks as required.
Management of ALL areas relating to Administration:
- Control costs and selling price process to align with financial objectives.
- Monitor and manage trading term process of suppliers.
- Supervise collections processes to ensure efficient collection and governance.
- Coordinate promotional activities to drive sales.
- Ensure compliance with governance and auditing requirements.
