Qualifications and Experience:

  • C.A or BCom Finance qualification.
  • 3-7 years of post-qualification experience in a similar role.
  • Essential previous experience in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in mathematics.

  • Proficient in analytical and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Advanced MS Excel skills

Duties and Responsibilities

Management of ALL areas relating to Sales & Gross Profit:

  • Develop and oversee Sales & Gross Profit budgets.
  • Lead participations and rebates processes.
  • Monitor and manage growth hurdles process.
  • Monitor and project additional income.
  • Analyze sales trends and offer insights.
  • Conduct forecasting for sales and gross profit.
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Perform other related tasks as required.

Management of ALL areas relating to Administration:

  • Control costs and selling price process to align with financial objectives.
  • Monitor and manage trading term process of suppliers.
  • Supervise collections processes to ensure efficient collection and governance.
  • Coordinate promotional activities to drive sales.
  • Ensure compliance with governance and auditing requirements.
