- Responsible for Sales & Marketing for Africa.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Engineering, Business, Metallurgy, or related field
- 10+ years’ commercial leadership in the metal industry (abrasion-resistant components)
- Strong African market knowledge (mining, cement, steel, power, infrastructure)
- Proven success in strategy execution and revenue growth
- Experience in complex contract negotiation within heavy industries
- Solid manufacturing, materials technology, and wear mechanism knowledge
- Advanced MS Office & Google Suite skills
- Willingness to travel locally/internationally; valid passport & driver’s license
