Remuneration: 1 600.00 per hour at 12 hours per graduate on monthly basis

Requirements, Qualifications, Competencies

• An accredited B.Degree qualification in the Construction Management field of study. Professional registered as Professional Construction Project Manager (Pr. CPM) with South African Council for the Project and Construction Management Professions. (SACPCMP).
• At least 5 years relevant working experience in the built environment construction management, and project management field.
• Accredited and qualified mentor. Ability to train and mentor Construction Project Management graduates. Sound knowledge of SACPCMP policies, competency standard, and registration processes.
• Incumbent must demonstrate high level of professionalism, ethical conduct, and accountability. Good communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills and computer skills.
• Applicants must attach a proven track record of graduates obtaining Pr. CPM professional registration.

Duties

• Facilitate the professional development of the ISDG graduates in line with SACPCMP competency requirements. Conduct regular mentorship sessions, performance assessments, and progress reviews.
• Coordinate and facilitate technical trainings, workshops, and mock interviews to enhance candidate readiness.
• Compile and submit monthly and quarterly reports on progress, challenges, and interventions. Guide and support candidates in preparing portfolios of evidence, logbooks, and documentation required for professional registration
