Requirements:
- BTech / Diploma in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related qualification
- Minimum 8-10 years of construction site management experience
- Proven experience managing high-end residential estates (essential requirement)
- OR similar premium projects: luxury homes, boutique developments, upmarket residential complexes
- Comprehensive understanding of luxury residential construction standards
- Knowledge of premium finishes, materials, and specifications
- Valid driver’s license
