• We’re seeking a Contracts Sourcing Specialist – 3 – 6 Months – West Rand (Gauteng)
• MUST have Oracle experience

• N:B Oracle experience in a must:

Strategic Sourcing

• Market Research: Conducting market analysis to identify potential suppliers, understanding market trends, and staying up-to-date on industry developments.
• Supplier Identification: Finding and evaluating new suppliers to ensure a robust and competitive supply chain.
• RFP/RFQ Development: Creating and managing requests for proposals (RFPs) and requests for quotes (RFQs) to solicit bids from suppliers.

Supplier Management

• Supplier Evaluation: Assessing supplier capabilities, performance, and risks to ensure compliance with company standards.
• Contract Negotiation: Negotiating contracts with suppliers to secure favorable terms, prices, and delivery schedules.
• Supplier Relationship Management: Building and maintaining relationships with suppliers to foster collaboration and resolve issues.

Procurement Operations

• Purchase Order Management: Creating and managing purchase orders to ensure accurate and timely delivery of goods and services.
• Inventory Management: Collaborating with internal stakeholders to manage inventory levels, minimize stockouts, and optimize storage.
• Spend Analysis: Analyzing spend data to identify opportunities for cost savings, process improvements, and supply chain optimization.

Compliance and Risk Management

• Regulatory Compliance: Ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Risk Assessment: Identifying and mitigating potential risks in the supply chain, such as supplier insolvency or natural disasters.
• Auditing and Reporting: Conducting audits and generating reports to ensure transparency and accountability.

Stakeholder Management

• Internal Collaboration: Working closely with internal stakeholders, such as procurement, logistics, and operations teams.
• Communication: Providing timely updates and insights to stakeholders on sourcing activities, supplier performance, and market trends.

Requirements

• Matric/Grade 12
• Relevant Tertiary Qualification
• Minimum 5 years of Contracts Sourcing experience
• Must have Oracle experience
