Contract Manager needed at Vestas

Responsibilities

• Drafting and organizing contractual notices, project extension of time event, liquidated damages, ensuring a clear contract overview vs customers and within the project strategy and business constraints
• Support the project manager on the claim preparation and negotiations
• Create solutions in accordance with customers’ specifications, contracts, laws, regulations, and needs, for the customer and vestas
• Follow-up internal approvals & compliance documentation
• Reporting, analysis and evaluation of project outcomes/results to optimize cost and profitability of Vestas’ projects
• Improve/provide contractual feedback to different stakeholders/management within a developing strategy

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in law is desirable, but other careers are also considered
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in contract management or a similar position
• Advanced level of English is required. French or Spanish would be desirable
