MAIN PURPOSE OF JOB
- To ensure the appropriate placement of competent MHR Nursing and Admin panel members
KEY RESPONSIBILITY AREAS
- Provide MHR placement services to clients
- Placement administration of panel members
REQUIRED EDUCATION
- ESSENTIAL EDUCATION: Grade 12
- DESIRED EDUCATION: Diploma/ Certificate in Enrolled Nursing Assistant (ENA)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE
- ESSENTIAL MINIMUM EXPERIENCE: None
- DESIRED EXPERIENCE: Experience in Private Healthcare Industry
REQUIRED JOB SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE
- MS Office (e.g. Excel -v look up, pivot tables, filters etc. Word – letters) and relevant software packages (e.g. MHRM, CRS)
- Nursing and Admin structures and scope of practices
- Relevant legislation (i.e. BCEA, LRA etc.) and the ability to apply this in the workplace
