Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective corporate communication strategies.
  • Develop and implement B2B communication, marketing strategies and lead generation.
  • Initiate and create content and creative for customer engagement initiatives.
  • Develop and manage marketing communication and engagement products for new facilities.
  • Manage online customer relations on social media and other channels.
  • Manage & execute departmental communication requirements.
  • Develop and manage internal & external corporate publications, articles and newsletters.
  • Manage and build media relations.
  • Provide content for Public Relations and SharePoint.
  • Assist with corporate events.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or NQF7 qualification in marketing, communication or similar.
  • 3+ years’ experience in a marketing communication and customer engagement role in a corporate environment.
  • Solid understanding and working experience on all the prominent social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram & Google My Business).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  • Proven track record and experience in customer engagement communication.
  • Experience with target audience and persona research.
  • Experience in lead generation tactics.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Advance organising and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent pressure-handling and time-management skills.
  • Innovative, detail orientated.
  • Own transport
