Introduction

  • There are many aspects to being a BDM at VOX, it will challenge you in all aspects as you take ownership of selling customer connectivity solutions but also assisting new customers through the whole Vox Product Stack.
  • We need a natural hunter who can close deals, is self-motivated and has an innate desire to succeed.
  • Being a successful BDM at VOX is completely dependent on your attitude and willingness to push yourself; you will be provided with all the training, guidelines, management, and assistance you will need to succeed but the defining part of this mix is you. Whether you succeed (or fail) it will be due to who you are and what you have done. 

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Meet Sales targets consistently ever month.
  • Build trust and relationships quickly with clients. 
  • Canvas / Cold call daily to create and build your pipeline and opportunities. 
  • As a BDM your responsibility is to co-ordinate the Managers / Product specialists / Product managers / Support / Projects when needed to make sure we stick to our word. 
  • Ensure we always do what we say and what we say is always backed up with an email with Meeting minutes.

Desired Experience & Qualification

  • IT knowledge is not imperative.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Corporate Sales.
  • Must have your own transport with a valid driver’s license. 
  • Sales cannot be done from behind a desk, we need individuals with a natural drive to succeed 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
