Responsibilities:

  • Follow up daily on orders and process monthly costings
  • Reconcile stock on Pastel after stock takes
  • Manage daily control checklists to track shortages
  • Coordinate payments through the accountant
  • Prepare month-end reports in Excel for key clients
  • Handle general office administration, including answering the switchboard
  • Schedule appointments and process repair orders, quotes, and invoices
  • Provide customer support via phone and in person at the dealership
  • Qualify customer concerns and log them for technician review
  • Order additional stock as needed to ensure timely repairs
  • Obtain customer approval for all remedial work to be completed
  • Liaise with the warranty technician to ensure efficient service and adherence to turnaround times
  • Maintain daily, weekly, and monthly reports on warranty claim activities
  • Handle general day-to-day invoicing administration

Requirements:

  • Experience as a costing clerk in an automotive dealership
  • Proven ability to lead a team and exceed sales targets
  • Grade 12 certificate
  • Proficient in Evolve software
  • Valid driver’s license and own transport
  • Relevant tertiary qualification (advantageous)
  • Strong adaptability to changing business needs
  • Experience with warranty claims administration and processing
