To be successful you will need to meet the following:
- Only Candidates currently based in South Africa will be considered.
- Bachelor’s Degree. An MBA is a plus.
- Minimum 12 years of relevant experience within the pharmaceutical industry.
- At least 3+ years of P&L management experience.
- Ability to understand and analyse sales performance metrics.
- Strong communication, entrepreneurship, and people management skills.
