Creative Director needed at Media24 Ltd

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and inspire a team of designers and writers to develop innovative and effective advertising campaigns.
• Oversee the entire creative process, from initial concept and ideation to final execution.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and objectives, and translate them into compelling creative solutions.
• Ensure all creative work aligns with brand guidelines and meets the client’s expectations.
• Provide constructive feedback and guidance to team members to help them grow and improve their skills.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our work remains fresh and relevant.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met and work is delivered on time and within budget.
• Foster a collaborative and positive work environment that encourages creativity and innovation.

Qualifications, skills & experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in a creative leadership role, preferably in the magazine advertising industry.
• Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work, including print and digital advertising.
• Excellent ideation skills with the ability to generate and develop innovative concepts.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate creative ideas and concepts to stakeholders and team members.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for design.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software.
