  • As a Creator Productivity Manager, you’ll support and scale our creator ecosystem by acting as a trusted partner to creators, brands, and internal teams. You’ll help remove operational friction, improve visibility into performance, and ensure creators feel supported at every stage of their partnership journey. This role is critical to delivering a high-quality creator experience as our marketplace and brand partnerships continue to grow.

What You’ll Do:

  • Manage end-to-end in-platform workflows for creators, including program applications, contract negotiations, content drafts and deliverables, and support ticket creation and resolution
  • Partner closely with Creator Consulting, Marketplace, Customer Success, Technical Services, and Agency teams to pitch creators for affiliate and campaign partnerships and ensure timely issue resolution
  • Produce, package, and share monthly or quarterly performance reports for creators and internal client-facing teams, supporting optimisation and strategic planning
  • Build strong, trusted relationships through regular 1:1 check-ins with creators to understand challenges, triage issues, clarify brand requirements, and advise on collaboration strategy
  • Meet virtually with brand stakeholders and talent managers to review roster performance, alignment, and outcomes
  • Stay current on influencer market trends, emerging platforms, and impact.com product updates to continuously improve creator support and outcomes

What You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience in influencer marketing, affiliate marketing, social media advertising, or working with creator or talent partnerships
  • Experience working with influencer or marketing SaaS platforms; hands-on experience with impact.com is strongly preferred but not required
  • Strong project management and organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise and manage multiple workflows from start to finish
  • Clear, thoughtful written communication skills, including advising creators on content strategy and engaging with brands and agencies
  • Comfort working with performance data and marketing analytics tools (e.g. impact.com, Modash) to deliver clear, actionable insights
  • A collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset and comfort working cross-functionally in a fast-paced, global environment
