Reporting to the Accountant, the incumbent will be responsible for contributing to making the Finance team successful in a high performance and driven environment through providing creditors administration including capturing creditors’ invoices, preparing creditors reconciliations, forecasting creditors’ payments for the weekly cash flow forecasts, loading creditors payments, liaising with creditors, ensuring adherence to internal controls relating to creditors, and providing other ad-hoc assistance on administration processes as directed by superiors
Qualifications And Expertise

1. Matric
2. Tertiary qualification in Commerce/ Accounting
3. A minimum of 2-3 years’ relevant experience in creditors and administration function
4. Computer literate
5. Experience of working in a creditors/administration function

Knowledge

1. Creditors reconciliation
2. Invoicing
3. Internal controls relating to creditors and payments
