Overview:

  • A fast-moving sports iGaming company is looking for a CRM Co-Ordinator to help execute and deploy campaigns across email, SMS and push channels.
  • This role sits right at the heart of CRM operations. You’ll be responsible for building audiences, setting up campaigns, QA-checking sends and ensuring everything goes out exactly as it should. If you enjoy the technical side of marketing and get satisfaction from seeing a campaign go live flawlessly, this role is for you.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Coordinating and deploying CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push
  • Pulling and preparing campaign audiences and segments
  • Supporting automated customer journeys and lifecycle messaging
  • Assisting with promotions such as bonuses and free bets
  • Conducting QA checks on campaigns, links and personalisation
  • Monitoring live campaigns and supporting reporting

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years’ experience in CRM, email marketing or campaign operations
  • Experience using CRM or marketing automation platforms
  • Strong attention to detail and execution skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced digital environment
  • Basic HTML, BI or SQL knowledge advantageous
  • Sports betting or iGaming experience beneficial but not essential
