Requirements

Duties and Responsibilities

Be the custodians of the collaboration process with the retailers

  • Understanding roles and responsibilities of different departments in the collaboration process and determine the need for collaboration within each step
  • Taking lead for the specific retailers collaboration projects (setting up meetings and leading, ensuring all discussions are output focus and are executed)
  • Weekly track and share standardised report to all stakeholder (forecast, service level, upcoming big promotions) based on the maturity of the collaboration process
  • Analyse shared retailer data and identify gaps within the integration of data (e.g. Kolabo data matching with retailer data)
  • Collaborate on promotional volumes with all internal and external stake holders
  • Evaluate and Identify opportunities to growth the account by closing gaps in the integration process

Identify Gaps & Opportunities

  • Continuously identify opportunities and gaps per retailer group over all diciplines including returns, sercvice levels and outbound strike rates
  • Implement new Service levels (on time in full) measurements and alignment of data with the Clover service levels        
  • Continuously putting measures in place to close gaps and measure outputs        
  • Continuously improve the maturity of the level of collaboration and integration through innovative processes and shared learnings         
  • Ensure promotional alignment between the retailers and company        
  • Daily tracking of promotional uplifts, and communicate any gaps to all stakeholders        
  • Daily analyse the forecast vs stock reports per retailer, identify gaps and execute corrective actions in collaboration with internal and external stake holders        

Define strategy per customer group

  • Alignment of the reporting methods to enable consistent reports (ITIF, IT, IF…)        
  • Leading the process of setting up new cube views to align with customers (products codes vs article codes, product hierarchy, customer, UOM….)        
  • identify areas of improvement, be able to create a project plan to effective involve all relative stakeholders.
  • Measuring all actions and indicating weekly improvement  (CLS, forecast accuracy, order acceptance, order processing, stock availability, returns, promotional accuracy, etc.)        
  • Inputs in the monthly forecasting session to align with customer build up forecast (analysing and assisting retailers to provide Clover with accurate promotional/special activities forecast)        

Promoting value driven process with focused actions

  • Eliminate manual integration and collaboration with stakeholders to create efficiency        
  • Manage master data updates between Retailers and Clover to ensure accurate and useful information        
  • Ensure optimal planning and ordering by ensuring orders are processed and expectations are met        
  • Manage inputs and insights into the S&OP process
