Qualifications & Skills

• National Diploma/Degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, Microbiology, Metallurgy, Chemical or Mechanical Engineering.
• 2–3 years’ experience in key markets relevant to chemical feed systems.
• Strong knowledge of pumps, control monitors, materials of construction, and compatibility of materials.
• Experience leading HAZOP studies.
• Physically fit, willing to travel extensively, and able to work independently at demanding industrial plants.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
• Valid driver’s licence, proficiency in MS Office, and understanding of business systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as Subject Matter Expert, providing technical resources to support the company.
• Deliver equipment design, standardisation, and governance in line with global standards.
• Conduct HAZOP studies, and facilitate asset and equipment management.
• Build trusted customer relationships to improve project and operational performance.
• Support management with continuous improvement and project implementation initiatives.
