In this role you will
- Managing the customer master (i.e. opening new accounts and amending customer details on SAP). Management, review, audit and reporting to ensure all relevant systems are aligned.
- Providing support to the South African business on the Material Master as and when necessary.
- Pricing support . This is a support function to the current incumbent.
- Managing Supply Chain Compliance Requirements.
- Business reporting (daily, weekly, or monthly)
- Depot Replenishment support. This is a support function to the current incumbent.
- Assisting with New Product Innovations and Run Out Plans, from a Master Data perspective.
- Any other task as defined by the Line Manager.
- Consistently performing all required compliance and audit related functions as and when required.
Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Matric / Senior Certificate
- At least 5 years’ experience in Supply Chain, Customer Service, Master Data or Data Analytics
- Ability to solve problems and work with minimal supervision
- Understand the Supply Chain business environment
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Tertiary or Customer Service/Logistics /Data Analytics/Supply Chain Qualification (NQF level 6 minimum).
- Have functional knowledge of Supply Chain
- SAP knowledge and experience
