Job Description: 

• As a Customer Service Associate, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring they receive exceptional service and support throughout their journey. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and creating positive experiences for clients. You will work closely with the E-Commerce and Fulfilment Manager, collaborating with both the customer service and sales/fulfilment teams.

Requirements:
