MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Education/Experience:
- A minimum requirement is Grade 12 or Equivalent.
- Ndip in Logistics and/or Equivalent.
- 2 Years experience within a similar environment.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Order Book Control
- Responsibility for all incoming customer orders.
- Understand and analyze customer schedules.
- Complete order book reconciliations on a monthly basis.
Customer Queries
- Liaise with customers on all queries or concerns.
- Facilitate expediting and cancellation of orders.
Customer Relationships
- Ensure customer contacts are regularly updated on the customer database.
- Weekly contact with customers
Delivery Performance
- Ensure 100% delivery performance to all customers.
- Analyse and report delivery performance.
- Liaise with other departments to ensure maximum performance.
Analysis of Customers
- Control all customer forecasts and ensure accuracy of ERP system.
- Analyse customer order trends.
KEY COMPETENCIES:
- Computer Literacy
