MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

Education/Experience:

  • A minimum requirement is Grade 12 or Equivalent.
  • Ndip in Logistics and/or Equivalent.
  • 2 Years experience within a similar environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Order Book Control    

  • Responsibility for all incoming customer orders.
  • Understand and analyze customer schedules.
  • Complete order book reconciliations on a monthly basis.

Customer Queries       

  • Liaise with customers on all queries or concerns.
  • Facilitate expediting and cancellation of orders.

Customer Relationships

  • Ensure customer contacts are regularly updated on the customer database.
  • Weekly contact with customers

Delivery Performance 

  • Ensure 100% delivery performance to all customers.
  • Analyse and report delivery performance.
  • Liaise with other departments to ensure maximum performance.

Analysis of Customers            

  • Control all customer forecasts and ensure accuracy of ERP system.
  • Analyse customer order trends.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

  • Computer Literacy
  • Excellent written and oral communication.
  • Must be able to problem-solve and find solutions.
  • Must be performance driven and results orientated.
  • Must be decisive and take ownership.
  • Must have basic mathematical and numerical skills.
