  • SAP Systems readiness
  • Forecast and Planning
  • Importation documentation process
  • Inventory management
  • Customer Credit status
  • Trade Compliance/Foreign Trade

Customer Queries

Order process (ex-stock & indent): 

  • Covering the full Order 2 Cash process

Post Order:

  • General, including project implementation
  • Inventory Management
  • Overdue collection. 

Requirements

  • At least 5 years experience in working in Customer Service, in a chemical or similar environment
  • Prior SAP experience, or very strong ERP experience in order-processing is a must.
  • Proven initiative and being able to work pro-actively and independently, is a must
  • Excellent communicator and interpersonal skills, whilst being able to work independently
  • Ability to understand the customer needs.
  • Ability to apply business acumen to all elements of the job
  • Experience in processing SSA import shipments is preferred.
  • Good team player
  • Willing to learn many new tasks and develop minimum technical knowledge of the product line.
  • Meticulous, organized, attention to detail, and possesses positive attitude.
  • Fluency in spoken and written English is a must.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations is a must
  • Basic knowledge of Credit Management, Overdue collection and other basic financial elements
