Qualifications
- A tertiary qualification in Chemistry and/or Sales and/or Marketing (Diploma/Degree)
- Computer literacy
Experience
- At least 5-10 years’ experience in a similar customer service environment
- Maintaining relationship with customer (sales experience in managing customer relationship)
- Experience of D365 ERP System specifically
Duties
Quality processed orders
- Accept all orders and ensure that they are processed timeously.
- Effectively implement price increases.
- Ensure profit margins are maintained.
Informed clients and relevant internal stakeholders
- Gain local market intelligence.
- Keep customers informed and updated on the status of their orders.
- Liaise with existing clients daily basis.
- Communicate price changes to customers.
- Effective interaction with Logistics, Finance, Warehouse, Distribution, Production, Procurement, Commercial etc.
Controlled/monitored stock
- Monitor stocks and inform Planner and Procurement departments of potential stock shortages
- Manage sample stock.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist in growing the client base.
- Establish an understanding of systems and procedures as well as identify improvements on these.
- Any Adhoc duties might be required within the department.
