About the job

As a Customer Service Representative, you will take on the role of consumer champion as you work closely with clients to ensure ultimate satisfaction by answering any questions or concerns that they may have. You will be involved in developing and maintaining client relationships with the main aim being client retention and loyalty.

The ideal Customer Service Representative is a task-driven professional with exceptional customer service skills. This individual enjoys challenging and fast-paced environments. The individual will be detailed-oriented, dependable, a problem solver, and a good communicator.

This is a full-time remote position (work from home) that requires the candidate to work local Los Angeles hours between 9 am – 5 pm (GMT -7).

  7. Ability to interact with clients and/or colleagues in a polished and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities will include the following tasks

  • Communicating with clients.
  • Responding to email inquiries promptly
  • Reviewing client complaints and concerns and formulating solutions.
  • Seeking to improve clients’ experience and overall satisfaction.
  • Upselling Promoshin’s services and products.
  • Utilizing client relationships to grow revenue.
  • Establishing clear client retention goals.
  • General administration
  • Dealing with complex tasks
