What You’ll Be Doing:
- Architect and design CRM solutions with a specific focus on Salesforce Marketing Cloud and Salesforce CRM.
- Translate business requirements into Client Engagement Journey Maps (EJMs) using CE best practices.
- Conceptualise and deliver end-to-end CRM programmes, campaigns, and prompts aligned with business objectives.
- Partner with Product Owners, Marketing Managers, and Business Leaders to align CRM strategies with core business values.
- Serve as the Salesforce SME, guiding the integration of Salesforce with other systems and custom extensions.
- Collaborate with Client Engagement Delivery and Technology Services to ensure seamless execution and architecture alignment.
- Coordinate delivery roadmaps and optimise work breakdown structures for efficient pipeline management.
- Drive excellence in customer data integration, analytics and modelling, and multi-channel campaign execution.

What You Bring to the Table:
Minimum Requirements:
- 2–3 years of technical CRM experience in a client-centric or business engineering environment.
- Strong understanding of data modelling, system integration, and CRM principles.
- Cross-functional stakeholder engagement experience.
- Working experience in Agile environments.
Ideal Experience:
- 2 years of Customer Engagement (CE) or Customer Experience (CX) journey mapping.
- 2 years of program or business engineering experience.
- Exposure to AI modelling and digital channel development.
- Demonstrated experience in technical CRM program building and digital integration.
Bonus Skills:
- Expertise in Customer Relationship Management tools, principles, and methods.
- Strong understanding of client-centric data ecosystems.
- Proven experience delivering enterprise-level CRM solutions with measurable outcomes.
