- This is a fully remote, strategic leadership role with global visibility and six indirect reports.
- We’re seeking a seasoned cybersecurity professional to take ownership of our Cybersecurity Application Assessment Service, an essential part of our global security strategy. In this role, you’ll drive innovation, lead a team of external experts, and collaborate across IT, legal, and governance functions to strengthen our cybersecurity posture and ensure application compliance with international regulations.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead and manage a team of external cybersecurity experts, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Provide expert guidance on cybersecurity across IT and business initiatives
- Ensure compliance with global regulations (NIS 2, EU AI Act, CFIUS)
- Oversee application onboarding, RFP responses, and tool integrations
- Improve security assessment processes and ServiceNow workflows
- Collaborate with IT, Legal, Governance, and Security teams
- Maintain documentation and knowledge systems for assessments and compliance
- Own and manage assessment solutions
- Plan budgets, resources, and strategic development of the service
What You Bring:
- 10+ years of experience in IT or Cybersecurity, including 3–5 years in a leadership role
- Strong proficiency in ServiceNow (workflows, dashboards, reporting)
- Familiarity with tools such as OneTrust, Tenable, Lansweeper, Axonius, Azure DevOps, and Power BI
- Solid understanding of cybersecurity frameworks (NIST CF 2, NIST RM, CIS, UCF)
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Relevant certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation, CISSP) are a plus
