- ±5 years’ experience in the engineering industry
- Cylindrical grinding experience
- Ability to read and interpret complex technical drawings
- Experience working to tight tolerances
- Proficient in using measuring equipment
- Basic calculation and machine maintenance skills
- Able to work overtime and weekends when required
- Own reliable transport essential
- Able to work independently and under pressure
