Key Responsibilities:

  • Focus on day-to-day training in dynamic creative optimisation and data-driven campaign strategies.
  • Participate in the implementation of DCO campaigns, learning to integrate data signals into creative executions.
  • Proactively review and manage dynamic creative performance data to understand how different elements drive campaign success.
  • Learn how to track, analyse, and report on the effectiveness of creative variations, contributing to optimisation recommendations.
  • Assist in generating creative performance reports and be responsible for QA, pacing, and trafficking of creative assets.
  • Collaborate with teams across design, development, and media to ensure smooth execution of dynamic creative projects.
  • Ask questions, seek guidance, and engage actively in learning.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric Certificate
  • South African ID

Skills:

  • Strong interest in data-driven marketing and creative optimisation
  • Basic knowledge of digital advertising platforms (Google Ads, Facebook, DV360) is a plus
  • Communication (written and oral)
  • Analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
