Responsibilities

• Designing, implementing, and maintaining data processes / flows
• Working with other upstream, parallel, and downstream data teams to deliver on projects
• Assisting the solutions team in the requirement stages of projects
• Working with technical teams in designing and implementing data processes and flows
• Optimising existing data processes / flows and automation of these and new processes
• Staying up to date with iDnA platform principles and ensuring effective implementation
• Presenting and ñsellingî designs to various audiences (ranging from technical to non-technical)

Additional Requirements

• Previous experience as a data engineer or similar role (3-5 years minimum)
• Technical experience in designing data marts, databases, and data models
• Good soft skills and presentation skills
• Knowledge of iDnA platform components and principles and implementation experience
• Extensive knowledge and experience with the following platforms / tools:
• Teradata
• Hadoop / Hive / Zeppelin
• Python / Spark
• SAS (Base, E-guide, DI Studio)
• Control-M
• Ab Initio
• Microsoft Stack (SQL Server, SSAS, SSMS, SSIS, Power BI, etc.)

Qualifications and Experience

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or Information Systems
