Data Integrity and Systems Support Analyst needed at Hire Resolve

Job Description

• One of the country’s largest fruit exporters, offers a challenging role to a dynamic individual in the capacity of a Data Integrity and Systems Support Analyst. Reporting to the Senior Business Analyst, you will be based at the Head Office in the Northern Suburbs of Cape Town and be responsible for supporting business applications and systems.

Responsibilities: 

• Provide operational systems support and user training.
• Manage and ensure data integrity across systems.
• Analyze and test system changes and enhancements.
• Analyze business processes and applications to identify areas for improvement.
• Develop and maintain Business Intelligence reports.

Minimum Requirements:

• An applicable tertiary qualification and 5+ years of working experience, preferably within the fruit or agricultural industry.
• Experience with Financial and Operational ERP systems.
• Intermediate SQL knowledge.
• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools and applications.
• Exceptional analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.
• A disciplined, focused, and adaptable approach to work, even under pressure or with tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction across all organizational levels.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
