What You’ll Be Doing:
- Design and build predictive models from the ground up to solve real-world business problems.
- Own the entire modelling lifecycle—from data exploration to deployment.
- Apply advanced machine learning and statistical methods to drive performance and value.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to turn business challenges into model-driven solutions.
- Contribute to exploratory, strategic, and operational modelling projects.
- Drive innovation by questioning assumptions and delivering smarter insights.
- Continuously test, refine, and optimise models for accuracy and impact.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of hands-on predictive modelling experience (development, not just maintenance).
- Proven track record building models using real-world, messy datasets.
- Strong programming skills in Python, R, SQL, or equivalent.
- Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application in a business context.
- Independent, proactive mindset – able to drive your work forward with minimal oversight.
- Experience in financial services or insurance modelling is a strong advantage.
- Must be office-based and excited to work in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
